Come join a Delaware Canal State Park naturalist for a paddle on the Giving Pond as the sun sets and the full SUPER BLUE moon rises! During this program you will learn paddling basics and spend time exploring the Giving Pond at night. We'll listen and watch for animals that become active when the light begins to fade.

Use of single or tandem kayaks, paddles, and life jackets provided. Program may be cancelled or altered due to inclement weather.

• Bathrooms: There is a port-o-john at the parking lot. 
• What to Bring: Paddling is a get wet sport - be sure to bring shoes you are okay with getting wet.  You might also want to bring a change of clothes for after the paddle. 
• Special Considerations: As this is an after-dark paddle, please inquire before signing children up for this program. Please be sure to request a tandem if that is what you are interested in using!
