Learn from a gristmill baker how breads can be baked with charcoal outdoors, and they can make your next outdoor meal special, too. Grains ground in a gristmill were baked over campfires, iron for the cookware was smelted in Slippery Rock Gorge, and the charcoal was also made in this valley years ago. FREE.
