Meetings are held the last Tuesday of every month at Sunnyside Pavilion in the Conewago Day Use area (1202 Alpine Rd., Wellsville, PA).

During the winter months the meetings may be held virtually or at the park office: 2200 Rosstown Road, Lewisberry, PA.
