Cook Trail lies within one of our 11 different old growth forest areas. The trail winds its way through ancient white oak and hemlock approaching 350 years old. Please meet at the River Cabin Playground parking lot to assist the Friends of Cook Forest complete various maintenance tasks along the trail. We will be updating old signage along the trail, filling in wet spots, and cleaning debris off the trail.
