Meetings are held the last Tuesday of every month; no December meeting.

During the winter months, the meetings will be held at the park office: 2200 Rosstown Road, Lewisberry, PA, or virtually. 

During the other times of year, meetings are held at Sunnyside Pavilion in the Conewago Day Use area (1202 Alpine Rd., Wellsville, PA).
