Join the park naturalist on a trip through the night sky. This program will focus on learning how to use a star map, finding visible constellations and sharing some folklore and mythology about them, and also learning about a free program that you can download on the computer dealing with the night sky. Bring binoculars to enhance the view of some of the different constellations and stars.
Should the weather be cloudy, an alternative program relating to the dark skies will be offered at Pavilion #4 (Stone Pavilion). In the event of rain, this program will be cancelled. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Meet at the playground at Campground Area #2.
