Except for the parks and forests that have been announced as closed, state park and forest facilities remain open.
Point State Park invites homeschool students in the 4th through 6th grades (and their families) to participate in a series of in-depth classes related to history and environmental studies. Classes will be geared to students in grades 4th through 6th, but families are welcome to tag along with their student. Classes will be both hands-on and minds-on, and will include student led discussions, group work, and take-home assignments for students to continue their learning after class.
Program is FREE but pre-registration is required. Please register online by clicking the register button.
A mask or face covering is required (unless exempt) to participate in the program.Class will be cancelled if there are not at least 8 student participants registered.
