DESCRIPTION:This program requires preregistration and includes lunch.  \n\n
 Do you own woodland and have an interest in learning more about forest hea
 lth and ways to improve it?  Would you like to explore other woodland mana
 gement opportunities? Or maybe you volunteer with a local conservation gro
 up?\n\nThe Bureau of Forestry has foresters who can provide free advice to
  landowners who are interested in improving their woodlands to meet their 
 goals.\n\nForest insects\, diseases\, and invasive plants can have a great
  impact on a forest.  Landowners can really benefit greatly by learning to
  recognize the problems.  Valuable information on current insect\, disease
  pests\, and invasive plants will be provided.  After this workshop\, land
 owners may be able to take steps to minimize the damage.  Help may be avai
 lable in the form of technical info/advice\, site specific management plan
 s\, and funding support. \n\nYou must preregister by emailing fd06@pa.gov
