Flying WILD! A cross-curricular, standard-based program designed to introduce school students to bird conservation through classroom activities and bird festivals.
Workshop participants will be introduced to activities that focus on Pennsylvania-specific birds and habits. They will receive a large collection of innovative and interdisciplinary ready-to use classroom and outdoor activities, including the Flying WILD! Guide.
Dr. Nanette Marcum-Dietrich of Millersville University will also introduce the MWEE Framework in early childhood education.
