Flying WILD!: Educator Workshop

Flying WILD! A cross-curricular, standard-based program designed to introduce school students to bird conservation through classroom activities and bird festivals.
Workshop participants will be introduced to activities that focus on Pennsylvania-specific birds and habits. They will receive a large collection of innovative and interdisciplinary ready-to use classroom and outdoor activities, including the Flying WILD! Guide.
Adventure Option: (Earn additional Act 48 hours) After the training, join us for a birding excursion to possibly view bluebirds, osprey, eagles and waterfowl.
Fee: $15.00 (make checks payable to: Commonwealth of PA)
Pre-registration is required.
3 Act 48 hours Additional 1.5 hours available.
