 nmental Learning Center\n\n \n\nCatching a fish on a fly that you tied you
 rself can be an extremely rewarding experience!  Join the park naturalist 
 and other beginners one Saturday a month from February to May for fly tyin
 g instruction and watershed education.  Learn how to tie flies\, discover 
 the\nimportance of water quality\, and use the flies you created to try an
 d catch fish!  The last program in May will consist of a Fly Fishing Basic
 s program where fly rods will be\navailable for casting instruction and fl
 y fishing on the banks of F.J. Sayers Lake!  You will be required to provi
 de your own transportation throughout the park.  All materials will be pro
 vided\, but you are welcome to bring your own equipment.  Cost for this pr
 ogram series is $10 and must be paid before February 25.  Pre-registration
