Floods brind all sorts of things down the river and to the park and it is unexpectedly fun to clean it up! We will continue our efforts to remove as much trash as we can from the floodplain. Bring work gloves if you have them (we have some if you don't), a refillable water bottle, and a willingness to get dirty. The walk to the floodplain is about 1/2 a mile, the terrain on the floodplain is rocky and uneven, wear sturdy shoes. Directions to meeting spot will be emailed after you register for this event.
