Looking for a great way to connect with your family? Interested in learning a little about fishing? Discover just how much fun fishing can be. Join state park staff in the morning to learn basic fishing skills like casting, baiting the hook, and taking a fish off the hook. You and your family will have the opportunity to fish – no fishing license required. All equipment provided by PA Fish and Boat Commission and DCNR Bureau of State Parks. The “catch???” Adults must bring a child and children must bring an adult. You’ll be learning and fishing together.

Space and equipment are limited, so pre-registration is required. Registration will open in April 2019. Please register by clicking the green registration button. Meeting location will be emailed to you after you register.

All children must have a parent/legal guardian with them. Children ages 8 and up only.

This program is catch and release, you will not be able to keep the fish you catch.
