On this day everyone is allowed to go fishing in Pennsylvania regardless if they have a fishing license or not. So come on up to Doubling Gap Lake and try out you skills! If you are inexperienced, or have never gone fishing, an educator will be at the lake between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. with some rods and bait, and can give you a crash course on how to catch the big one!
