Explore the wonders of Susquehanna Riverlands State Park. We will walk out to the overlook, talk about the history of the park and the science of fall. The walk will be about 1.5 miles with some gentile hills. Wear Sturdy shoes and be prepared for some high grass as we may go off trail. 

Susquehanna Riverlands State Park in located off of Furnace Rd. in Hellam Township, York County. The entrance we will be using is at Furnace Rd and Forge Lane (The road sign will say Forge Lane, google has not updated and still reads Riverfarm rd.) There is a large sign for the park at the entrance. Follow the dirt road about 2 miles to the parking lot on the left, by the overlook trail head.
