Join for seven different hikes throughout the park . All of the hikes in this series will be between 1-4 miles in length. We will discuss the flora and fauna along the way. This is a perfect time of year to explore the park as fall begins to take hold of the area over these next several weeks. Please wear sturdy shoes, bring bug spray, water, and an item of hunter orange clothing.

Week 7 Friday, November 7th. Rhododendron/Bald Eagle Loop Hike. Meet at the park office by the flag pole. Distance is about 3 1/2 miles on easy to moderate trails. This trail will roll a little bit, and will be grassy with some rocks and roots. A short section of this loop will take us through the village of Promised Land.
