Meet our DCNR staff at the Instanter Boat Launch at Elk State Park for this free program! This is the perfect place to learn the basics of kayaking and water safety before going out for a paddle on the East Branch Clarion River Lake. Hear the history of the area and get the chance to view wildlife around the lake. Participants should be prepared to get wet, and bring along any water, snacks, or sunblock they may need while on the water. Participants must be 12 years old and minors must be accompanied by an adult. Kayaks, paddles, and PFDs will be provided free of charge to those who pre-register
