Avid birders, Thomas Buehl Jr. and Tonia Jordan will lead bird walks at Locust Lake SP on Saturday, September 7 and September 21, 2024 at 8 am. The walks will begin at the Locust Lake SP visitor parking lot.  Tom and Tonia will offer helpful information about how to identify the local and migratory songbirds by sight, song, habitat and behavior. Those attending are encouraged to bring along binoculars.  These are not pet friendly walks.  Shine only.  Registration is required by calling Robin at 570-467-2506.
