Now! - Two options for the Scavenger Hunt.

Here is your chance to have some fun in the park in the months of March and April. There are 16 egg-shaped signs scattered through the picnic area and trails of the park. There are two options for the scavenger hunt. Look around buildings, pavilions, waysides, and along trails. When finished, please drop this form off at the park office, or take a picture of it and send it to greenwoodfurnacesp@pa.gov.

Option 1. Find the egg signs in the park! - Write the location of the sign in the space below beside the number of the sign.

Option 2. Identify common birds by their eggs! -

Why not try a bigger challenge? On each sign is a photo of a bird nest with eggs. Try to identify the bird species. See if you can identify all of them. Write the answers below.

Please help our feathered friends by not disturbing any real bird nests or eggs.

Please do this activity in small, immediate family groups. Wear masks and maintain social distancing when encountering other groups. Follow CDC and Pennsylvania guidelines for masking, sanitizing, etc. Program subject to change, further restrictions, or cancellation at any time without warning.
