Franklin Klock, Program Assistant at Carbon County Environmental Education Center, will present Eagles: Power and Majesty at the Locust Lake State Park amphitheatre on Saturday, September 1, 2018, at 5:00 pm.  Klock will discuss the natural history of eagles, the problems they faced historically, their present population status and their ecological importance.  Shine only.
