Guest speakers Jan and John Halter from Lyman Run State Park's Friends Group will give an introduction into Dutch Oven cooking. The topics will include essential equipment, its history, correct care of cast iron, and cooking techniques. There will be samples at the end. Meet at Pavilion #4 (Stone Pavilion).
