In honor of Women’s History Month, the Conservation Heritage Project, the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, The Pennsylvania Parks and Forests Foundation  and the Friends of Beltzville State Park invite the public to view a dynamic 30- minute documentary about a leader in the field of forestry and botany, but whose story has been forgotten, Mira Lloyd Dock. This dynamic and inspiring documentary will be followed by a panel discussion on forestry today and women in conservation. After the showing of the documentary, there will be a panel discussion featuring Timothy Dugan, District Forester, Delaware State Forest and Barbara Davey, Assistant State Park Manger, Park Region #4.
