DiscoverE: Fishing Fun

Kids ages 4-9 are invited to join us at Hopewell Lake for a fun nature program. DiscoverE combines outdoor exploration, games, and crafts to teach kids about nature in a fun and engaging way. This week is all about learning to fish!

We will start with some activities, games, and crafts to help us practice and then we will actually try our hand at fishing in the lake. Parental supervision required, please no more than 2 children per adult.

There is a $5 fee per child for this activity, collected at the start of the program. All equipment is provided but feel free to bring your child's pole if they have one. Space is very limited, registration is required. If you are bringing two children you must register them both in order for there to be enough equipment.

Parents: you are welcome to bring your fishing poles to join in but a valid 2018 fishing license is required. Adults, please only sign your children up as participants in this program as there are not enough poles to lend for you and your children. Put their name and age in as the required information and add YOUR email address and phone number for a contact. Feel free to put your name in the notes.

Upon registration you will receive an email with a map and exact directions to the program location.
