“Composting Campers” is fun with a purpose. Bring your compostable items to be used in a demonstration at the amphitheater.  Meet “Misty the Microbe” and “Compost Joe”  who will help teach us how to build a compost pile while learning the microbe’s favorite foods, climate, and value as the collected goodies are added to the pile. The program ends with free s’mores made over a campfire, and a drawing for a free compost bin!  Children must be accompanied by an adult please.
