Join us for a Saturday morning birdwatching series where we visit three Clear Creek State Forest tracts with three different forest types and see what birds inhabit each type of forest system. On week one, we will visit an early succession forest with saplings and herbaceous growth at the Clear Creek tract near Beartown Rocks. On week two, we visit an upland mixed deciduous forest at our Kennerdell tract. Our third and last day, we will walk the Old-growth forest of the McKeever tract.Binoculars will be provide for those who need them.
