Come up for a once-in-17-years experience! Listen to the LOUD call of the periodical cicadas. During this guided walk, we will search for and observe males, females, exoskeletons, mating behavior, evidence of egg-laying, different species, and more. You will also have an opportunity to see the cicada's special membrane that creates all that noise!

Cicada Walk dates:
June 17 @ 2pm - 3pm
June 25 @ 5:30pm - 6:30pm
June 26 @ 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Meet at the education building. Please wear a mask if you are not vaccinated. The walk is intended to be slow and casual. We will be walking over grass, trails, and road.
