Butterfly Garden Tour

Join our staff on a tour of our butterfly garden in the Nature Discovery Area. It was designed to bloom throughout the growing season and was planted with PA-natives. Learn the secret to avoiding deer browse (spoiler alert: it’s a fence), why native perennials are so important in your landscaping, and some tips for your own successful butterfly/pollinator garden. Free. Registration is requested.

 

· In the event of inclement weather, if you have registered we will contact you with cancellations and/or rescheduling details.

· If you need an accommodation to participate in park activities due to a disability, please contact the Visitor Center. With at least three days notice, interpreters for people who are deaf or hard of hearing are available for educational programs.
