DESCRIPTION:Enjoy watching the full moon rise over Black Moshannon Lake.   
 Discover interesting facts about the moon while waiting for it to rise.   
 Meet at Boat Launch #2 on West Side Road.  \n\nThis is a "drive-in" sky vi
 ewing.  We will not be gathering at the picnic table.   We will use a spea
 ker so everyone can hear the program.   Bring a camera and/or some chairs 
 to sit outside your vehicle if you like.   Binoculars are also recommended
  for a close up view.   This program will be cancelled if raining or compl
 ete cloud cover.  \n\nPre-registration is required and limited.   There is
  enough room for 8 vehicles to park in that parking area.   One person reg
 istering will be counted as one vehicle.   If bringing family/household me
 mbers in the same vehicle\, they do not need registered.  \n\n***PLEASE NO
 TE*** Program participants must bring a face covering or mask with them an
 d have it in their possession during the program in case it’s needed for
  various reasons (when social distancing cannot be maintained\, need to go
  indoors where masks are required\, etc.)
