Come join the park naturalist, and a few of our dedicated conservation volunteers, for an informative program on DCNR's Cavity-nesting Trails Program. Program discussion will include a glimpse into the Eastern Bluebird natural history, followed by a volunteer's view on the care and maintenance of these beautiful creatures. We'll also discuss the ecology of other common cavity-nesting bird species, and how some of them impact the bluebird population. This will be an easy 1.5-mile walk around our Day Use Area. Participants should wear sturdy walking/hiking shoes, and bring water if needed.

We will be meeting at the EIC for this program.

 Registration is REQUIRED, as group size is limited. Please register each individual attending, separately.

***PLEASE NOTE*** Masks/face coverings MUST be worn if you are unvaccinated. Vaccinated visitors are not required to wear masks outdoors, but ALL participants are expected to follow social distancing guidelines at all times. Participants should bring their own hand sanitizer.
