One of the most common questions an employee at Little Buffalo State Park gets is some variation of, "Where are the Buffalo?" In this program, we will dive into the age-old question, were there bison in Pennsylvania? We will cover anecdotal and physical evidence of bison in PA, as well as discuss other species that once roamed the Keystone State. Bring your questions and interest in historic wildlife! This program is geared towards an adult audience, but children interested in wildlife history are welcome! This program is part of our America 250 History Series.
