Are you interested in helping or learning more about birds? Become a Bird Box Volunteer at Kings Gap by attending this training! Volunteers regularly check and record activity at assigned boxes during the nesting season. As a bird box volunteer, you will be part of the PA State Park Cavity Nesting Program, whose aim is to provide habitat for declining cavity-nesting populations, like bluebirds.

Volunteers record information on eggs, young, nest building, and more. Data sheets and guidance provided.
