Become a Junior Ranger meet outside the Environmental Education Center in Nockamixon State Park! This 1 hour long program is most appropriate for ages 14 and under, but all ages are welcome.  After all Junior Ranger Training activities are complete, Junior Rangers will be sworn in by the Park's Environmental Education Specialist and receive a badge! You will get the chance to talk with some of our most well-known park employees. Are you interested in becoming a ranger? Do you know all the things that Park Rangers are responsible for? Come get to know us! 

 ***Pre-registration is required: please click the green "register" button to sign up for this program. *** Due to COVID-19 restrictions, participants are limited to 20. Programs are subject to change at any time. COVID-19 guidelines must be followed. Social distancing is required and masks must be worn throughout the duration of the program. Hand sanitizer will be available. Individual equipment will be assigned to each family when necessary. ** ***Meeting location: Environmental Education Center: Directions to Environmental Education Center from Main Park Office: From the park office parking lot, drive into park to lot #11. Once parked, follow the trail down towards to Environmental Education Center Option to park in lot #12 and walk through wooded area 400ft to Environmental Education center.
