Join Park Naturalist Rob Bergstresser for a guided nature hike along the eastern portion of the Preacher’s Camp Trail. We will explore the beautiful scenery along the slow-moving Pohopoco Creek as it meanders to form Beltzville Lake. This hike is a moderately difficult 2.5 to 3-mile hike. All guests should wear sturdy walking/hiking shoes, and dress appropriately for the weather. Guests should also bring water and a snack. Rain will cancel the hike.

Pre-registration is REQUIRED and limited to 15 participants!

We will be meeting at the dirt parking lot on Trachsville Hill Road, near the bridge that crosses Pohopoco Creek. The general GPS address for this location is 380 Trachsville Hill Road, Kunkletown, PA 18058. More detailed directions can be given by calling the Park Office at 610-377-0045. All minors must be accompanied by an adult. Please register EACH individual SEPARATELY!

COVID-19 guidelines: ALL participants over the age of 2 MUST wear a mask during all programs. Exceptions will be given to those with medical conditions. CDC guidelines for social distancing will be in effect for all programs.
