Due to the continued clean-up from the recent storms and the upcoming weather forecast, the Bear Hole Trail Drive-Thru on Friday, 8/9, and Saturday, 8/10, are canceled. This includes the Mammal Tracks and Traces Table on Friday, 8/9. We apologize for the inconvenience but encourage you to come out to our next Drive-Thru on September 13th and 14th!

Come explore Bear Hole Trail by car! The Drive-Thru begins at Swopes Valley Trailhead (40.522343,-76.469334) and goes 5 miles through the center of park, letting out at the Waterville Bridge near Lickdale. There are 4 designated parking areas at the fossil pit, Daubert School, charcoal pit, and near Bordner Cabin so you can get out and explore. The speed limit is 10mph and all traffic is one way. Last entrance is at 2:30pm.
