DESCRIPTION:Enjoy the beach during this free park event. All ages are welco
 me.\nContinuous activities will include: kayak demos\, old-fashioned ice c
 ream\, animal tracks\, stream exploration\, outdoor safety\, leave no trac
 e\, and backyard bass.\n\nSmokey Bear will make an appearance.\n\nSand-cas
 tle competition begins at 1:00 PM with judging at 2:00 PM. Meet at the bea
 ch concession to register. Prizes will be awarded.\n\nSwim across the lake
  begins at 2:30 PM. A lifeguard will be on duty along with park staff/volu
 nteers on the water in kayaks.\nMeet at the beach concession to register.
