Enjoy the beach during this free park event. All ages are welcome.
Continuous activities will include: kayak demos, old-fashioned ice cream, animal tracks, stream exploration, outdoor safety, leave no trace, and backyard bass.

Smokey Bear will make an appearance.

Sand-castle competition begins at 1:00 PM with judging at 2:00 PM. Meet at the beach concession to register. Prizes will be awarded.

Swim across the lake begins at 2:30 PM. A lifeguard will be on duty along with park staff/volunteers on the water in kayaks.
