Back to Nature - Guided Wellness Summer Series

Join us as we get Back To Nature!

Take advantage of the longer days and warmer weather by spending more time outdoors. Our bodies thrive in motion and in nature, and too much time indoors can lead to physical and mental issues. By spending time in the forest this summer, we can rejuvenate ourselves and reconnect with the natural world, reminding us of our interconnectedness with all living things.

Have you ever thought about how we're not just living on Earth, but we're actually a part of it? When we go outside and enjoy the beauty of nature, we're tapping into its wisdom and power. By exploring the world around us, we can become stronger in our minds, bodies, and hearts. This way of thinking can totally transform how we live and help us be the best versions of ourselves.

The diverse spectrum of light waves can impact our sleep patterns by influencing our circadian rhythms and melatonin production. Staying adequately hydrated is crucial for maintaining high energy levels and mental acuity. Deep breathing techniques can foster relaxation and deepen our connection between mind and body. Grounding ourselves by connecting with the earth can alleviate stress and enhance our quality of sleep. Interacting with nature bolsters our immune system and overall well-being by engaging with beneficial microorganisms.

Join us in the forest for an open discussion and walk, focusing on the importance of getting back to nature to optimize our physical and mental well-being. Let us embrace the healing power of nature and take steps towards a more vibrant life

This program will meet in the Mansion Garden at 10am.
