Autumn Equinox Forest Therapy Walk
3025 New Holland Road, Reading, PA 19607
Set amidst a magnificent forest backdrop, participants are guided through a series of mindful and immersive activities designed to enhance their well-being. Led by Forest Therapy Guide Robert Sarnoski (Mind Body Simple, LLC), this event incorporates various elements such as sensory experiences, meditation, and gentle movement in order to create a deep sense of relaxation and harmony with the natural world. The Autumn equinox serves as a symbolic reminder of balance between light and darkness, and during this event, participants are encouraged to reflect on their own personal equilibrium and intentions for the upcoming season. By engaging all the senses in this purposeful manner, attendees can expect to leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and more connected to both themselves and the environment around them.
