Autumn Equinox Forest Therapy Walk

The autumnal equinox is a pivotal celestial event, occurring when the Earth's equatorial plane aligns precisely with the center of the Sun. This event signifies the onset of fall in the Northern Hemisphere and spring in the Southern Hemisphere. Within this natural cycle, engaging in forest therapy and mindfulness practices can provide substantial benefits for individuals aiming to connect with nature and enhance their mental well-being.

This holistic approach supports personal growth by promoting self-awareness, reducing burnout risk, enhancing problem-solving skills through increased focus and clarity, while also fostering a heightened sense of empathy towards others.

The meet-up for this event will be in the Mansion Garden and last approximately 3 hours. Please dress according to the weather and feel free to bring a walking stick, water bottle, a sense of curiosity or anything that will make your journey in the forest more enjoyable.
