Art in the Forest Day

Get ready to be inspired! 

See professional artists from Art Plus Gallery painting en plein air (“in open air”) along the Watershed Trail and at the mansion. A great chance for young artists in grades 1-12 and their families to watch demos, or bring your art supplies and join them! 

Students will also learn about the Nature of Nolde Art contest, open to all students in Berks County in 1-12th grade. For this contest students are encouraged to create art inspired by Nolde Forest. This is a great day to get inspired and even start your entry! 

This drop-in event is ongoing throughout the day - no registration needed. Feel free to stop by between 9am and 3pm. Artists will be stationed between the Sawmill and the Mansion. 

Please utilize all 6 of the parking areas available at Nolde Forest for this event.
