Aquatic WILD Educator Workshop

Thursday, July 17^th, 9am - 4 pm

In-Person at Pennypack Environmental Center, 8600A Verree Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19115 

Act 48: 6 hrs. 

Fee: $10! Pre-registration is required.  

Join Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) and Pennypack Environmental Center educators for an in-person educator workshop. You will receive your own copy of the award-winning Project Aquatic WILD K-12 Curriculum & Activity Guide as well as lessons & activities to integrate wildlife education into your teaching. You'll learn about fish biology, urban waterways, watersheds in Pennsylvania, & more!

Be sure to dress appropriately as we will be both indoors & outside. If you would like to be in the water during the stream study, bring waterproof boots or waders. Bring water & a bag lunch. Light refreshments will be available in the AM.

Payment may be cash, check, or money order made out to the City of Philadelphia. Payment may be mailed to Pennypack Environmental Center or brought to workshop day of. Register by Monday 7/14 to reserve your spot!
