Afterschool Nature Camp: Frog Frolicking and Salameandering

An Afterschool Program for ages 6 - 12 presented by the Friends of Nolde Forest.
Learn about the amphibians of Nolde Forest in this wet and slimy springtime camp.
Camp schedule:
- 4:00 to 4:30 – Unstructured play and games in Chickadee Nature Discovery Area
- 4:30 to 5:00 – Group hike in the forest
- 5:00 to 5:30 – McConnell classroom for hands on activities
Parents are welcome to drop their registered child(ren) off and, if you have other students outside of this age range, we invite you to take a winter forest hike with them, while we work on a learning about our amphibian friends!
This program will take place both inside and outside. Please make sure all students are dressed appropriately to spend time outside. Students are encouraged to bring a snack and drink. **Registration is required for ALL participants. Spaces are limited. There is a $10 fee for each student.** Register by clicking the green button in the upper righthand corner. *This program will only be cancelled in case of severe inclement weather.
