Afterschool Nature Camp: Fishing Fun at French Creek State Park

An Afterschool Program for ages 6 - 12 presented by the Friends of Nolde Forest.
Have you ever wanted to learn to fish? Join our friends from Nolde Forest and French Creek State park for this very special fishing camp!
NOTE: This camp is taking place at French Creek State Park.

Camp schedule:
- 4:00 to 4:30 – Meet at the outdoor teaching classroom at French Creek State Park (across from the playground behind the office)
- 4:30 to 5:00 – Learn about fish and fishing safely
- 5:00 to 5:30 – Fishing Practice!
Parents are welcome to drop their registered child(ren) off and, if you have other students outside of this age range, we invite you to take a forest hike with them around Hopewell Lake while we help your students learn all about fishing.
This program will take place entirely outside. Please make sure all students are dressed appropriately to spend time outside. Students are encouraged to bring a snack and drink. **Registration is required for ALL participants. Spaces are limited. There is a $10 fee for each student.** Register by clicking the green button in the upper righthand corner. *This program will only be cancelled in case of severe inclement weather.
