DESCRIPTION:Join us for 7 different hikes throughout the park . All seven h
 ikes in this series will be between 1.5 and 3 miles in length. We will dis
 cuss the flora and fauna\, park history\, and forest ecology\, along the w
 ay. This is a perfect time of year to explore the park as new things unfol
 d as spring awakens the waters and forests around us. Please wear sturdy s
 hoes\, dress in layers\, bring bug spray\, sunscreen\, and water.\n\nWeek 
 1 Tuesday\, March 24th. Egypt Meadow Hike. Meet at the Bruce Lake trailhea
 d. Distance is about 2 1/2 miles on moderate to easy trails.This hike will
  be an out and back as we will turn around at egypt meadow lake and return
  via the route we hiked in. This is an old CCC road\, it was build to acce
 ss Bruce Lake.
