Since 1987, the birders of Fort Washington have monitored the raptors as they pass through the Delaware Valley on Fall Migration. Come lend your eyes in this excellent citizen science project, by helping the on-duty watcher count migrating birds of prey. This event is in partnership with the Militia Hill Hawk Watch and goes from September 1 to November 15, starting 10:00 a.m. each day. Walk-up, stay as long as you wish, provide your own binoculars.
