***The good news – we’ll be hiking. The bad news – the trails are very icy. Understanding that many of you, like me, are itching to get some fresh air regardless, we will be modifying the route. Instead of hiking Creekside Trail, our plan now is to loop the roads around the office and hike half of the Lake Trail. This will be approximately 1.5-miles. We understand this is less than ideal, apologize for the changes, and wish we had more control over winter conditions! You’re welcome to hike the trails on your own but we won’t be leading a group with such conditions.***
Did you join us for the First Day Hike on New Year’s Day? Keep that healthy New Year’s resolution going! If you missed the first day hike, start your active journey now and join us for a guided 3-mile hike on the 27th day of 2019! Snowshoes will be available if conditions allow. Appropriate footwear is a must as a snow-covered or icy trail is a possibility. Friendly, well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome.
Free. Registration required.
