Welcome in 2023 by enjoying a guided hike in the park!
Two guided hikes will be offered to celebrate - both hikes start at 1:30 PM from Pavilion #1. One hike will go along the ridge line on Warriors Trail and loop through Area #2 then onto upper River Trail and back to Pavilion #1 for a total of 1.85 miles. The other hike will go around the Peninsula. Starting down Island Farm Trail to Deer Trail along Salmon Hole Road to River Trail and back on Broad Top Trail to Pavilion #1 for a total of 2.5 miles.
Dress in layers, wear proper footwear, and bring drinking water/snacks.
Meet at Pavilion #1 area at 1:00 for a fun scavenger hunt before hikes.
Friends of Trough Creek/Warriors Path will have light refreshments available and some prizes.
