Once an industrial complex for the fledgling United State of America, today French Creek State Park is an oasis for people and wildlife. Straddling the Schuylkill Highlands, the 7,730-acre park is the largest block of contiguous forest between Washington D.C. and New York City. The forests, lakes, wetlands and fields are a destination for the people of southeast Pennsylvania to hike, fish, camp and bike.

Nice day for New Years weather was great
It was a really useful program, it was fun and informative.
We had a great time at the firefly presentation. I would absolutely recommend it for adults and school age children who want to learn more about these fascinating insects, what makes them glow, why they do it and how we can help them out. The park ranger was knowledgeable and her enthusiasm was contagious.
Hi, kids had a great time with Miss Sarah...we all learned a lot and she was very patient and informative! Thank you
Hello all the Hike is still on Meet at 11 am at the Hopewell lake Launch. The registration link is not working, there is still plenty of room. Hope to see you there.
