Wild Edibles!

Little Buffalo is happy to announce a special programming event on Saturday, April 8th, 2017.  Guest Speaker Debbie Naha will be sharing her expertise on wild edible plants.  Educator, Naturalist, Biologist, and Nutritionist Debbie Naha will share her diverse and extensive knowledge on wild plants.  Naha’s presentation will include an outdoor foraging walk as well as a cooking demo / tasting activity.  We will be foraging rain or shine so please dress accordingly.  Don’t miss this opportunity to experience something new or expand your knowledge with an expert.  This event requires pre-registration and a small fee of $5 per person.  Event is limited to 25 registered participants.  Newcomers only.  (In an effort to allow more visitors to hear Debbie’s presentation, we ask that those who attended her presentation in August at Little Buffalo do not register again.)  Children must be accompanied by an adult.  Call 717-567-9255 to register.  A check for the registration fee must be received at the park office by April 6th. Registered participants will meet at the park office.
