The Good the Bad and the Beautiful - Fungi of Penn's Woods

Fungi are extremely important for trees, wildlife and people.  Join Jerry Hassinger, retired "protected wildlife supervisor" of the PA Game Commision, for a lively lecture illustrating the beauty of fungi.  Photographing fungi is fun, educational and full of surprises.  Lecture followed by the Spring Wildflower Exchange and Give-away.

These programs are hosted by the Mengel Natural History Society.  Programs are indoors and include photographs and discussion.  Free and open to the public.
